We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had peaceful 5 days overall. Our breakfast was great, and the staff was very polite at 7:30 am. - the venue is in a central location close to the centre of Birmingham, a beautiful quiet area. - We were lucky that it was a 10-15 minute walk from Lickey Lips Cafe, offering food to go.

I truly enjoyed hot breakfast, nice views.

We had a great 5-day stay at this place; it was super clean with a fantastic location in beautiful surroundings and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The Hotel is a Teachers Union (nasuwt) Conference Centre with 50+ rooms which are availiable to the general public when not being used for conferences, weddings etc. When I stayed it was very quiet and comfortable with plenty of secure parking and lovely gardens to enjoy. Rooms were very clean and modern with all the things you would expect. A great English Breakfast was included in the bargain price!

Make sure you stay in the double room with a double bed and bathroom plus sofa. The location of the hotel is perfect, short walk to beautiful grounds as well as the centre of the accomadation part of the building.

Cozy rooms with comfy beds that are nicely decorated. the location is just perfect, sitting atop a hill! You've also got the Old Hare and Hounds nearby for a cool hangout spot. 🌟

Breakfast was good. Design of rooms was good. Location and surroundings was good. Value for money was excellent.

Original room was terrible. Next to an extremely noisy air con unit. Really would not be fair to anyone to stay in that room. Why they use this room is simply not understood. The original room luckily was not made up - which provided an excellent reason to move. I would have asked to move rooms even if room was tidy. The first impression being stuck by a really noisy unit is simply not professional, caring or giving any consideration to a paying client who simply wants no noise and relaxation. I am tempted not to recommend this hotel on the basis they would put the person in one of the noisy rooms - a shame as the rest of the hotel was pretty good.

The rooms were lovely, spotlessley clean. We has a meal in the bistro bar which was lovely and really good value for money. The breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely as well.
